Katty is a Nigerian born singer and a songwriter currently based in Dubai, UAE. She began her career in Nigeria where she dazzled audiences with her rich and sonorous voice.
She got her musical training from the church during her teenage years.
In 2008, she joined her first Band ‘Galaxy Band’ and started singing professionally in bars and restaurants to hone her craft and earn a living. Soon her undeniable talent led her to Nigeria’s prominent Ebony Band in 2012.
Since then she has carved her way in Nigeria’s entertainment/nightlife and moved to work in the UAE with some musician to work in the best African fine Dinning Restaurant. After her one year contract ended, she founded De Cruz Band becoming a strong presence in Dubai’s music scene. At present, Katty is recording her album.
