Patrizia started studying harp with professor Maria Grazia Trost Consoli in Trieste (Italy) at age 11, she won the first prize at Salvi National Harp Contest in Viggiano (The most important harp contest in Italy). She has also specialized in celtic harp in Urbino (Italy). In 1996 she graduated in harp at the Conservatory of Trieste with the highest marks . Afterwards she played extensively as a harp soloist, in orchestras and ensemble. After moving to Dubai with her family she continues to perform in many events at prestigious venues, including Palazzo Versace, Grand Hyatt, Madinat Jumeirah, Conrad Hotel, One and Only The Palm and many others.
Her repertoire varies from classical music to jazz, pop and rock both as a harp soloist or in ensemble or as voice accompaniment.
Together with flutist Emma Houlihan she formed the Desert Rose Duo (harp and flute) that performed already on many occasions in Dubai (weddings and corporate gala dinners) and has been very much appreciated.
