Music have always been Alaa’s first letters that he learned and for which he made his effort and time, and he will continue to do more and more. The most important thing he aspire to from his work is to achieve several goals, the first of which is to develop skills and gain experience, and the second is to project his scientific expertise to practical reality, and the third is to contribute to the progress of the institution in which he work whatever site he’s on.
He bagan studying music in 2010 at the age of 13 at Farid Al-Atrash Institute of music under supervision of Mrs Sanaa Wahba and he graduated in 2015 with a very good degree. After that he continued his academic musical studies at the Higher Institute of Music in Damascus and graduated in 2021 holding license in music.
Alaa was invited to be one of the 50 official musicians approved to give performances and concerts at Expo 2020 Dubai. He participated in many many concerts and events that were held daily in the theaters of Expo 2020. Musicians from all over the world participated in it, playing many different musical styles. He also distributed many classical musical pieces in the spirit of oriental music.

– He was honored by placing his photo on the Dome of Al Wasl Square as one of the 10 most influential musicians at Expo 2020.
– Participated as as qanun player in the most important festival in the Arab world “Joy Awards” which was held in Ryadh.
– Participated in many artistic and cultural festival in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
– He participated as a soloist in the concerts of superior students and for students of Arabic music at the Higher Institute of Music at the Damascus Opera House.
– Worked as the main qanun player with Orpheus Orchestra in all its concerts, also when it hosted the musician Taher Mamli, one of the most important soundtrack composers in Arab World.
– Worked as qanun player on many TV shows such as Layalina and Cash with the stars in its first and second seasons.
– Worked as a music teacher in many music institute.
– Worked as Principal qanun player with the Syrian National Orchestra for Arabic Music, Damascus Orchestra and Orchestra of Farid Al-Atrash Institute of music.
– He got recommended from Barry Kirsch Company for his participation as a musician and qanun player at Expo 2020.
